Ada joined Westcourt in early 2026 with 6 years of experience in customer service, including 2 years in luxury hospitality; she prides herself in providing a high-quality experience to clients. This experience allows Ada to have a broader view on operations, in turn, allowing her to support the Westcourt team and communicate effectively with clients.

With a Bachelor of Modern Languages and a strength in applied language and linguistics, Ada is able to use language to her, and others, benefit, providing the best form of communication for any situation, and an ability to meet people where they are.
